The User Messages module in EtereWeb enables the user to communicate within EtereWeb in an Outlook-like messaging environment. User can send messages to any user/multiple users in the selected user groups, store transmitted message in Outbox for future reference, reply to messages to the sender, and includes other users in the message loop.
Before using this feature, the “EtereWeb\USER MESSAGES” rights in Etere’s Rights Management must be set to “Allowed” The Administrator would need to assign access rights to users or user groups required to send and receive messages from their workstation.
