Etere Active Sync can automatically launch T-workflows after the completion of the following operations:
• After a media is associated with an asset
• After a media is removed from an asset
Above T-workflows are configured under the Etere Configuration > Configuration Editor > T-Workflows > Default T-workflows section, where it's also possible to define the behaviour to be taken in case the system finds that a requested workflow is already running for an ingested asset:
Operation allowed - The sync operation will be allowed, but the requested workflow won't be restarted.
Force workflow reset - The sync operation will be allowed, and the requested workflow will attempt to reset.
Ask for confirmation - The sync operation won't be allowed, the requested workflow won't be reset, and no warning message will be displayed (as ActiveSync runs automatically without operator intervention).
Operation denied - The sync operation won't be allowed, the requested workflow won't be reset, and a warning message will be displayed.
