71.16.2.15 Proxy Generation

For performing the generation of proxy files, enable the single option.

•General:
In the General tab you can choose to "ingest using deferred commands", that is, ingest with an automatic synchronization between the PLAY of the source device and the REC of the destination device.
Proxy Generation

NB: While generating proxy files, the frame rate must be set appropriately for all proxy files, e.g. PAL or NTSC, different in frame rate would results in different duration and timecodes among the proxies.  Refer to Frame Rate settings in Configuration module for more details.
