Change Background (BG)

As we previously noted, Etere ETX Toolbox Player is mostly a debugging and diagnostic software which provides us with a neat set of tools.

One feature is the Background utility which includes the most used colour bars.

The BG feature allows changing the background format of the playlist:

Besides colour bars, you can set files, live sources or playlists as background.

If you do not select any background <None>, then all source streams mix in separate output streams.

If you remove all streams from your MMixer, then the last frame of the last stream remains on the preview because the mixer doesn't send any samples to preview. It is only <None> background feature.

If you choose any background, then all source streams mix in the background stream.
