The term ROM stands by "Record Opera Musicale", it regards musical assets used in the schedule as foreground events, commented events, background events or jingles.
The ROM tab permits the operator to either manually or automatically compile the following fields:

ROM (Musical Work Record)
Title (Titolo): The title of the work as denoted in any type of credit. It reflect the title of the music program rather than the asset title.
You can include search column “SIAE ROM Title” in Search tab to display the asset’s ROM title in the search results.
Composer (Compositore): Full legal name (name and surname) of the composer.
Second composer (Secondo compositore): Full legal name (name and surname) of the second composer.
Processor (Elaboratore): If the work is of public domain, indicate also the artist who modified the original work (e.g.: covered songs),
Actual transmission duration (Durata di effettiva emissione): Indicates either the scheduled (if not transmitted) or the real (if already transmitted) program length in mmm:ss:ff.
Type of use (Tipologia d'uso): Indicates if the ROM asset is used as:
Feature Music (Musica protagonista): Music which directly relates to a specific action of one or more of the characters portrayed in the scene (e.g. video clips).
Commentary Music (Musica di commento): Music played during commented events (e.g. interviews).
Background and complementary Music (Musica di sottofondo e complementare): Music heard by the viewer which is an accompaniment to the scene portrayed (e.g. clips).
Identification Music for Transmission's Themes and Breaks (Musica identificativa sigle e stacchi di trasmissioni): music which identifies the production company at the beginning and/or end of a TV program, film or TV season which is not a theme (e.g. jingles, transitions).
Identification Music for Program's Themes and Breaks (Musica identificativa sigle e stacchi di rubriche fisse): Music which identifies a program, film or season at the beginning or end of the film or season (e.g. opening and closing themes).
Type of music generation (Tipo generazione musica): Indicate the source from which the music asset has been generated. The available option types are:
• Phonogram
• Video clip
• Base
• Live without base
ISWC: (ISO 15707) Unique international standard work code for the identification of musical contents (i.e. it provides access to the main work information such as title, author and composer). An ISWC code is composed by three elements, a prefix (T) followed by nine characters plus a check character.
ISRC: (ISO 3901) Unique international standard recording code for the identification of musical phonographic and videographic material.
For example, the code: 'ISRC IT Z03 92 00212' details the code of the country (IT), first owner (Z03), recording year (92) and recording id (00212).
RPC type (Tipo RPC): It stands by 'Record Programmi Cronologici' (Chronological Programs Record), and specifies further details regarding the musical transmission, entertainment, culture, news, sports, movies, commercials, etc.
