69.2.2.16 DISCOVERY AND SWOM PLAYLISTS XML

Both imports have same parameters, so we will explain both here.

Import Scope
The DISCOVERY PLAYLIST XML import has been developed to help DMAX on importing broadcast playlists. It allows to import an XML file named as "xxxDDMMYYYY.xml" (e.g. ABC30112013.XML) which contains data related to a certain daily playlist, where 'xxx' is a custom optional prefix inserted by the user.

Import tab
import_custom_discovery_playlist

File to import: Specify the path location of the XML file. You can use the browse button to locate the path in the drives.
Last Imported Playlists: as the name said, a list of the last imported files.

Parameters tab

parameters_custom_discovery_playlist

NOTE: Also SCTE commands PPON and PPOF are imported, but they do not need to be configured in this tab, they are automatically managed if found in the XML file.
