5.2 Schedule View

On this page, the user can filter the schedules using the parameters and click the View button to view the Schedule:

  • Historical: Enable this option to include historical schedules in displays. The historical schedules are stored in Historical Database configured during Etere installation and setup;
  • Date: Select a date from the calendar where the Schedule has been programmed;
  • Cluster: In this parameter, you have the option to view the exploded events or compressed events in the cluster;
  • Station: Select the station that submitted the schedules, e.g. ETX, MAM, Nunzio, etc.;
  • Time Zone: If enabled, the time zone set in Etere Configuration > Settings > System > Local time section would be displayed in the schedules;
  • Schedule: From the list, select the schedule type to be displayed; the schedules could be actual schedules, schedules for verification, change approval schedules, or others alternative schedules.

  • View: You can choose how the schedules should be displayed. Select "Classic" to view all events in a standard layout, or select "Play in evidence" to show the on-air event at the top of the Schedule, even if the schedule page has been reloaded;
  • Reload: Enable this option to reload the Schedule based on the interval time value set in the Schedule Options in System Settings. This option will be invisible if the Reload value is set to "0" (zero).

WARNING: The above Schedule present upon successful login is the default view; you can modify the default view by changing the Web Schedule template in Configuration Settings.

When the Schedule is displayed, the clip currently in play is positioned at the top of the list.

When you click on the "Show Countdown" icon, the countdown to the end of the current event in play will be displayed. 

There is also the "Countdown next live" next to the Show Countdown button, which will prompt a new window showing the time left for the next live event. It is possible to have also a countdown that will show the time left to a specific Type of event:

This can be configured on the User Preferences section on EtereWeb [please refer to chapter 15.10.1.2]

Clicking on the Reload icon would reload the playlists into Schedule.

In the Type column, the icon indicates the asset schedule time.  

In the top left corner, you can use the panel to change the scheduled date and view the schedules:

  • Use the "<<" button to push backward the calendar date;
  • Use the ">>" button to push forward the calendar date;
  • Use the "View" button to view the Schedule of the selected date;

When you click on an asset form in the Schedule, a new tab will be launched to display all properties of the selected asset.

Change Table Columns

In the top-right corner, you can click the Change Table Columns icon to modify the displays of preferred columns in Schedule.

By default, all columns in the list are selected; you can deselect any column by drag-and-drop the column from the "Selected" field into the "Not Selected" area. Drag and drop the columns between the "Selected" and "Not Selected" fields to suit your needs. The deselected column would be displayed in red in the "Not Selected" field.
