59.2.40.4 Alternate crowding interface

The alternate interface (for Australians only) allows setting the maximum crowding limits to be taken into account by the system when scheduling commercials by setting the following parameters:
Alternate_crowding_interface
Maximum Durations - Set the maximum hourly duration of commercials, the limit for the overall duration of all commercials scheduled within a certain time slot. According to the right-hand panel, overall durations beyond this limit will be pointed out according to the parameters set.
Please note that default limits set in this section correspond to valid commercial crowding laws.
Off Prime - Customize the colours used to differentiate the two possible crowding statuses of the commercial Off-Prime time slots. Indicate those within the allowed limits and those above the permitted limits.
Prime Time - Customize the colours used to differentiate the two possible crowding statuses of the commercial Prime-time time slots. Indicate those within the allowed limits and those above the permitted limits.
Another important parameter consists of setting the maximum duration of the entire prime time block, the sum of the duration of all the commercials scheduled during the prime time. Set the colour to point out a prime time that goes above this predefined limit.
Apply specific crowding criteria
Etere permits to set off specific crowding criteria for particular event types through the following sections:
For specific types - Generic types for commercial events (see Etere's Configuration > Types > Crowding) .
For specific ass - Embedded sponsors for individual events (see Etere's Media Library > Properties > Sponsor).
Viewing the Commercial Crowding
Once defined, the commercial crowding can be appreciated, for example, in the Executive Editor module, using the "daily crowding" function:
