82 Etere Query Manager

Etere Query Manager is an application based on Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language), a programming language widely used for performing queries and entering, updating, and managing the data of relational database systems. Microsoft SQL permits the data from a database, creating databases and database objects, adding data, modifying existing data, and performing other more complex functions.

Etere Query Manager can be opened from various Etere modules, allowing one to manage customised queries divided by subject. The command button opens up this procedure and provides a key that opens the management of Customized Query; the others are used to select a Customized Query contained in one of the items (ex., Private Data, Prints, etc).

Before using Etere Query Manager
There are a few factors to be considered before you start using Etere Query Manager to manipulate data in SQL database:
•Run System Maintenance task “Update Statistics” to optimise statistics in all Etere database tables to ensure the query is performed on up-to-date statistics.
•In the Monitoring Console, manage the workflows by deleting all redundant workflows from the queue to free up disk space, e.g. workflow pending for more than a week, workflow halt due to file exist, aborted workflows, etc.
•The query workstation must have at least 16GB of RAM to process the query request.
