72.13.1 What is Resources Manager

Etere Resources Manager is a part of the Etere MERP approach, it provides stations with a seamless and end-to-end management of their production process T-workflow, allowing to allocate technical and human resources to the various operations involved in an enterprise broadcast management. As shown in the figure below, Etere Resources Manager provides complete integration of the media production chain, an enterprise planning of resources and a tight outlook synchronization for tasks and appointments:

The resources management offered by Etere is based on the use of worksheets, custom T-workflow actions designed to take control of any stage of the entire broadcast process (e.g. planning, production, post-production, distribution, etc) including key features such as assignment, tracking and eventual invoicing. Worksheets counts with the following characteristics:
➢Worksheets can be freely customized by mixing a wide set of options.
➢Worksheets belongs to only one asset and assignee.
➢Worksheets are tracked since their entire history is recorded.
