How to

202.5.3.2 Restart an interrupted scheduling

In case the booking queue came to halt due to a problem on the Booking Server (e.g. not responding, suspended, halted, etc.), follow the procedure to restart the booking process of all queued events:

1.Terminate ALL the running instances of the Booking Server,

2.Set the Air Sales Scheduler in "manual-mode" and close it:

3.Re-open the Air Sales Scheduler and select (in the booking queue) the order lines intended to be restarted.

4.Navigate to the "Tools" menu and launch the "Reset the status of -non running operations" function. All order lines which are "locked for scheduling" but not currently "in progress" will be unlocked (thus making them ready to be re-scheduled):

5.From the "Tools" menu, run the "Delete unfinished batches" function. All order lines which are "locked for scheduling" and are currently "in examination", "suspended" or "failed" state will be unlocked (thus making them ready to be re-scheduled):

6.Moreover, right-click on the selected events and select the "Scheduling > Reset Scheduling status" function (or just press F7). Selected order lines which are "locked for scheduling" and currently "in progress" will be unlocked (thus making them ready to be re-scheduled):

7.At this point, all order lines displayed in the "booking queue" will be available for re-scheduled (excepting those order lines linked to wrong blocks).
