The "Black/White List Management" utility allows manually managing black and white lists of a certain period (e.g. current week) by adding or removing events from the lists, without using the Strategic Editor.
The user interface is simple and intuitive, as shown below, the management is based on parameters setting:
multi-selection is enabled for selecting multiple events and executing one function for all of them
Parameter - Columns arrangement
Description : Modify the position of columns by moving them to the [left <-] or [right ->] arrow buttons.
Available columns include: Order, line number, runs, list priority, period, order period, days, customer, spot code, duration amount, last exit date, notes, list type, id, source, asset id, code, classification.
Parameter - From date to date
Description : Specify the period for which black and white lists will be managed.
Parameter - [Update]
Description : Refreshes the list, displaying all black or white listed events within the given period.
NB: Displayed events can be sorted by order, line, runs, priority, etc by clicking on the related column).
Depending on whether you have selected to manage the "BL" (Black List) or "WL" (White List), the following contextual functions will be available making right-click on events:
BL
Function - Remove from the list
Description : Make the selected event(s) available for being re-scheduled. Events will be removed from the black list and add to the number of available runs in their related orders.
Function - Move to White list
Description : Removes the selected event from the black list and place it in the white list of the same day.
Function - Show order
Description : Open the order from which the event derives using the Orders module.
Function - Info
Description : Show detailed information on the selected event (order, date, etc).
WL
Function - Remove from the list

Function - Move to Black list
Description : Removes the selected event from the white list and place it in the black list of the same day.
Function - Show order
