Independently of how the asset has been accessed (i.e. either opened or created), along all the presented tabs you are able to set all the information regarding assets, since to more complex task as linking media to it or launch specific T-workflows on its inside.
ID - The main identification of the asset, that is, its primary and unique key. Please note that it is not possible to change the ID of an asset.
CODE - The code that provides a short description of the asset. This code can be changed just by making double-click on it.
NB: Leading and trailing spaces are not permitted in asset codes, in this way it's avoided to set the "same" code for two different assets.
TITLE - A brief text that describes the asset's media content and that can be changed at any time.
VERSION / EPISODE - This field, located in the upper right of the asset form, allows to:
•If the asset is a season: View and change the episode number.
•If the asset is not a season: View the version number.
•If the asset version is greater than 1, changes only applied to the type of the asset. Otherwise, changes would applied to the type of all episodes / versions.

Available sections
Along this chapter are explained in detail the mean of each tab, its usage and in which cases is useful to manage them. All the properties, functions, logs and general information regarding assets have been classified and distributed in the following categories (tabs):
General Data / Season Manager - Holds relevant data regarding the production of the asset/season.
Properties - Contains general information about the asset including parental guidance, artist, roles, quality, etc.
Media - Here is placed all information regarding media(s) associated to the asset, as well as timecode details and EDL configuration.
Workflow - Assign from this tab T-workflows to the current selected asset.
Secondary Events - Let you set some of the most important properties related to the broadcasting of the asset.
Metadata - Permits you to insert additional data about the event with regards to the EPG (in 2 different languages) and plot of the asset content story.
People in charge - View and define the persons involved in the management of assets, indicating for each one of them a specific role (e.g. supplier, indexer, etc).
Rights Management - Modify easily the rights of your assets, these rights are related to the edition, scheduling and broadcast of the selected asset.
Tapeless Reception - Allows you to approve the asset to be used through Etere Tapeless Reception.
Technical Data - View and edit all technical data (media files) related to the asset in question.
Flexi-metadata - Add from here Flexi-metadata used to describe the selected asset.
Relationships - Gives you the possibility of linking various assets together so they will share the same media.
Operations - Offers you a list containing all the operations performed on the current asset.
Here SIAE - Allows compiling copyrighted asset information used for the elaboration of reports about transmitted ROF assets liable for taxation and required by the SIAE society.
Worksheets - View, take in charge and manage the work orders currently assigned for the current asset.
Keyboards - Associate metadata to assets through a user-friendly keyboard.
Proposals - Consult all sales proposals on which assets are featured.
Session Logs
In case "Session Logs" are enabled in the Etere system, assets will be displayed as read-only. In order to modify them it's required to first press the [Edit] toolbar button.
