72.13.3 Resources Manager

The Resources Manager module is a central management tool for consulting all work orders generated through worksheets actions, providing a tree-like view of all these worksheets classifying them according to their types. For each worksheet displayed here, there will be detailed its code, description, T-workflow, assignee, start/end and notes:

Functions available to manage the resources are:

Function - Refresh
Description : Refresh the screen and update the T-workflow status.

Function - Hide aborted workflows
Description : This function hide those T-workflow actions that had been aborted by user.

Function - Force Release
Description : When you enabled the “Assigned” option and select T-workflow, use this function to force and release the selected T-workflow to the job queue.
 
NB: Worksheet actions which requires being assigned on order to be processed by an operator are those which "to assign" property was enabled without any assignee.
