201.2.1.7 Finance

The "Finance data" holds all the financial data of the purchase order, allowing to specify the following fields:

Parameter - Unlimited rights > Global cost
Description : In case the single/season program counts with  "unlimited rights", specify here the total price paid for it.

Parameter - Limited rights > Run cost
Description : In case the single/season program doesn't count with  "unlimited rights", specify the unit price for broadcasting each Run.

Parameter - Limited rights > ReRun cost
Description : In case the single/season program doesn't count with  "unlimited rights", specify the unit price for broadcasting each ReRun.

Parameter - Method of payment > Payment type
Description : Indicate the payment method for settling the payment of the purchased rights:

•prepaid: paid in advance.

•postpaid: paid at the use each time they are scheduled. In this case it will be also required to set the "expiry date" until which it will be possible to pay for the purchased rights.

Parameter - Extra Charges > Production cost
Description : Optionally, indicate the production cost of the purchased single/season program, this amount will be included in the total price.

Parameter - Extra Charges > Other charges
Description : Optionally, indicate any further charges for the purchased single/season program, this amount will be included in the total price.

Parameter - Total purchase cost
Description : Indicate the total price, which is automatically calculated according to the Runs, ReRuns, Costs and Charges specified in the purchase order.
