4.5.1 New Contract

This function allows the user to create a new contract.

Provide the required parameters to create a new contract:

• Code: Assign an asset code to the contract;
• Description:give a short description to identify the contract;
• Customer: Specify the customer's ID that is registered in the system.
  • By clicking on the Search Icon and entering the customer's ID, enter the name of the new contract or proposal.

After fulfilling all the required parameters, click the <Create> button to create the new contract.

WARNING: Before creating a customer contract, you must create a price list and assign a price colour associated with the price list.
