The Automation Remote Panel aims to offer the Radio-Live user a display to keep track of the on-air event, the schedule of the day, the status of the Radio Playout and different time counters, valid for the speaker, to keep track of start and end, intro and outro of the event.
Note: this page appears in the System menu only for radio-enabled stations. To establish a connection between Radio-Live Playout and the Automation Remote Panel, the service automation remote control for the web must be installed in the Radio-Live workstation.
Below are described the panels in this Etere Web section:
CURRENT EVENT
This panel shows information about the event currently playing:
- Event Title
- How much time is passed since the start ("Elapsed" counter)
- How much time remains until the event's end ("Remaining" counter)
- Event duration
- A time bar showing the play in progress
- intro, outro and counter displaying the time left from the start of the outro
STATUS PANEL
The Status panel shows information about the connection between Radio-Live and the remote panel, the playlist status AUTOMATIC or LIVE ASSIST, depending on the user's choice, and the current time and date.
To connect or disconnect the remote panel, use the two buttons beside the panel's name and the third to refresh the connection.
If the connection drops, the current date and time in the Status panel turn red, and the three indicators warn the user that the connection is missing, as shown in the image below.
ONLINE SCHEDULE
This panel allow you to see the Radio-Live playlist, with the playing event highlighted in red and the next cued event highlighted in green.
The table shows also some of the events information:
Time: The scheduled start time of the event
Title: The title of the event
Fade In is The starting transition time between the previous and selected events.
Fade Out is The ending transition time between the following and selected events.
Duration: The duration of the event
