The rollover time is the time (e.g. 06:00:00) at which the television day of a station starts; this parameter is configured under the Etere Configuration > Settings > Basic >> System module; however, this utility enables stations to change the rollover time and update (as a consequence) all the related block times.
Once the utility is opened, the current rollover time will represent the one configured in Etere Configuration and the new rollover time will be the one to be used to replace the former rollover time.
