MAIN TOOLBAR
The main toolbar allows users to add any function present in the User Menu to a toolbar. Most common functions are described in sequential order:
•Open: Allows you to select the first of the seven days to be shown.
•Close: Once you have finished creating the schedule structure, you can release the days with this option.
•Report: Creates an image showing all the current open days and their blocks, you can print it just by making right-click and select the 'print' option.
•Interval check: Verify structural errors in the current selected days.
•Time Zone selection: By selecting another time zone(s) you can see the start time of the program in the different time zone.
•Select default time zone: Change the time zone of the schedule; This feature and the 'Time Zone selection' option are very useful when a Station transmits also in another countries with different time zone.
•Strategic Editor: Open the Etere's Strategic Editor application, which allows to program events on existing schedules structures.
•Template Editor: Launch the applicative Template Editor.
•Block Editor: Open Etere's Block Editor, it is useful for creation, modification and deletion of blocks.
•Edit schedule in use: If the current schedule is being used (or blocked) by another user, this tools will release the schedule.
SCHEDULE TOOLBAR
In this toolbar, the tools are described in sequential order:
•Update (F5): Refresh all the days according to the inserted blocks.
•Recycle Bin (CTRL+F7): the Recycle Bin holds all the blocks (and contained events) removed from the scheduling structure, the deleted blocks can be restored to its original location in the disk.
•Select all: Select all the blocks added in the current schedule.
•Cancel selection: Cancel previously made selection.
•Insert in the recycled bin selected clusters: Delete (trash) the currently selected blocks.
•Paste selected blocks: Copy all selected blocks into a different period, as explained in the Paste Blocks Between Days chapter.
•Swap blocks: This function allows to swap two blocks which have the same duration and type, if the two blocks having the same type the content will be swapped, otherwise (different type) the content will be lost.
•Change structure: It allows to easily change the structure of a certain block, see the Change Block Structure chapter for detailed information.
•Replace Block: Use it to replace a block with another block, keeping its schedule position as well as the events scheduled on it (see Replace Block),
•Zoom: Change the view by zoom-in or zoom-out of the page to fit to your needs, the available zoom values are from 25% to 200%.
•Notifications: Shows relevant information about the schedules (e.g. if the day is blocked, if there are some errors on the schedule, etc).
