59.5.4.87 Revenues by Segments Details

Report Description
The Revenues by Segments Detail Report allows the generation of a document containing all the revenues derived from commercial breaks present in the scheduled structure of a certain period, thus permitting the consultation of more detailed information on incomes (from customers and orders) according to the segments on which their spots are advertised.

Each segment present in the report will indicate its scheduled time and duration, number of scheduled spots and total spots duration, returns per spot and per break.

Report Filters
All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Period (from date - to date): Specify the date interval from which to start retrieving data,
•Customer: In case it is intended to filter the report to include only a specific customer, set this parameter here,
•Order: If it is intended to filter the report to include only a specific order, set this parameter here.

Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
