70.3.2.4 Workflows

The "Workflows" section allows operators to have a list of all the HSM archive/restore actions currently available for being performed via T-workflow, detailing them with the following information:
Etere HSM - Headquarters

•Action : The name of HSM archive or HSM restore action available into the system.
•User: Indicates if the currently logged user has workflow action rights for using the HSM archive/restore action.
•Workflow: The T-workflow on which the HSM archive/restore action is contained.
•Online: Indicates if the T-workflow containing the HSM archive/restore action is either online (available) or offline (unavailable).
 
Moreover, by pressing the [F5] key it will be possible to refresh the list of T-workflows by retrieving updated information from the database.

NB: It's worth mentioning that in order for actions to be scheduled and subsequently executed by Etere HSM, actions must be online.
