Import Scope
The “Import_Custom_Cinegy_AsRun” import a text file containing broadcast schedule for one day.
The import are based on following criteria:
•Only the primary events would be imported.
•The primary events are identified by device=”VIDEO” and event=”START”
•No reconcile take place during import.
•The assets are searched by date, time, code in the range of 1 hour.
•If assets are found in database, only the asset status, time and asset duration would be updated
•If asset does not exist in database, new assets would be created with type “0000”
•If the import time separation is greater than “0” (e.g. Time separation = 06:00) the import would be managed as follow:
- Events scheduled before the time separation (00:00 to 05:59) would be imported as previous date.
- Events scheduled after the time separation (06:00 – 23:59) would be imported as current date.
By using the “Date and Time in the first field” option, you can choose to import one of the following files:
•If disabled, import the file with date and time in first and second field in the file format, e.g. “10/26/2017, 14: 00: 00.000”, the import file name format is “Activity_0_dd-mm-yyyy.txt”.
•If enabled, import the file with date and time in the same (first) field in the file format, e.g. “2020-11-24T06: 07: 41.902Z “, the import file name format is “News_yyyy-mm-dd.txt”.
Import Parameters

Import_custom_cinegy_asrun

File to import: The file name format must be “Activity_0_dd-mm-yyyy.txt”.  Use the browse button to locate the file in network folder.
❑Date and Time in the first field: BY enabling this option, it allows to import file with date and time in the same (first) field in the import file format.  The file name format is “News_yyyy-mm-dd.txt”.
Click the <Save> button to confirm the parameters.
Launch the Import
Once the file has been located, click the <Import schedule> button to launch the import operation.
