59.5.4.101 Slot Revenues by Programs

Report Description

The Slot Revenues by Programs report allows the generation of a document containing all the revenues from specific programs (blocks) and stations, dividing them by prime-time and non-prime time slots.

Please note that this report retrieves only the production data from the historical database (if it exists). This feature will allow more information to be included in the report but may cause more Time to be generated.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

•Period: Specify the period from which data will be retrieved.

•Prime Time: Indicate the time slot as "prime time".

•Non-Prime Time: Indicate the time slot as "non-prime time".

•Channel: Specify the station to which the report is related, that is, on which orders are intended to be scheduled. Leave unselected to include all channels.

•Program block: Specify the scheduling block on which processed orders must be scheduled. Leave unselected to include all program blocks.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.

Columns Legend

Channel - Station on which orders are scheduled.

Prog. Block - Program slot on which orders are scheduled.

PT - Non-paying - Minutes occupied in prime Time by non-paying items.

PT - Paying - Minutes occupied in prime Time by paying items, their collected amount and derived costs.

PT - Sums - Sum of minutes and amounts in Prime Time.

NPT - Non-paying - Minutes occupied in non-prime Time by non-paying items.

NPT - Paying - Minutes occupied non-prime Time by paying items, their collected amount and derived costs.

NPT - Sums - Sum of minutes and amounts in non-Prime Time.

Total - Grand sum of the partial minutes, amounts and costs related to PT and NPT slots.
