Air Sales Scheduler is the dedicated air-time programming tool for contractual events, it forms part of the Etere Air Sales set to offer the maximum of accuracy and flexibility on placing events within commercial schedules, empowered with an intuitive interface that enables an easy scheduling management.
As illustrated in the figure above, Air Sales Scheduler is a complete, modular and scalable system for commercial planning, it's tightly integrated with reporting and invoicing modules, and allows to manage all scheduling requests derived from approved sales proposals or commercial orders either automatically or manually, this, through a dedicated booking server that will properly perform the scheduling process, placing all events satisfying given criteria in the playlists whereas those which not in virtual containers.
Note
Please note that the Air Sales Scheduler will process (i.e. automatically schedule) only those order lines linked to one asset, order lines linked to more than one asset will be skipped since they are intended to be scheduled using the Multichannel Asset Change module.
