Report Description
The Revenues sundries report allows the generation of a document containing a detailed report of the total revenues obtained by the station within a certain period, giving the possibility of filtering revenues by Customer, account executive or Agency. Moreover, the Revenues sundries report allows generating, besides a regular report, an extended report containing even more detailed information, such as the expected quantities and amounts.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:
•Period:
•From date - to date: Specify the date interval from which data to be included in the report will be retrieved.
•Based on:
Specify the entity for which the report will be created for which revenues have been derived. Available entities include customers, account executives and agencies.
Please note that it is possible to generate the report for a specific entity by specifying it in the related text box (i.e. the name of a customer, an account executive, or an agency).
If the text box is left blank, all customers, account executives, or agencies of the selected entity will be included in the report.
•Print type:
Indicate if the report will be generated either as a standard document or as an extended document, that is:
•normal: Includes for each order the scheduled quantity (i.e. number of scheduled events), scheduled amount (i.e. revenues from scheduled events), invoiced (i.e. settled invoices amount) and the commission (i.e. percentage due to the account executive).
•extended: Includes, besides the "normal" information, the expected quantity (i.e. contractual number of events) and expected amount (i.e. contractual revenues from events).
Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
Depending on the selected "print type", it will be possible to generate one of the following reports:
