The "Purchase Orders" module provides the following function for managing order lines under the "Lines" tab:

Function : New
Description : Creates a new order line into the current purchase order.

Function : Save
Description : Saves all changes performed on the order line.

Function : Undo
Description : Cancel the last change performed to the order line.

Function : Delete
Description : Removes the selected line from the current purchase order, leaving all the system.
Icon -
Function : Do.Ma.
Description : Opens the Etere Do.Ma. (Documents Management) module, useful for attaching either stored files or scanned documents to the current order.

Function - Update
Description : Refreshes the list of order lines, updating all their information (description, runs, reruns, etc).
Function - Duplicate line (*)
Description : Creates a new order line featuring all the current order line's data (excepting linked programs).
Function - Create and assign a new program (single/season)
Description : Create a new program (single or season) and associate it to the current order line. During the creation stage, it will be possible to define the following information before pressing the [Create] button:
Title - A description of the program to be created (it's by default the order line description).
Duration - The expected duration of either the single program or season episodes.
Options - Indicate if the program is related to a single program or to a program season, it is possible to specify the season and episodes number for a program season.
NB: Each time a new program is created, it will feature all the information detailed in the Additional data tab.
Function - Assign an existing single program (*)
Description : Use the "Media Library" to search, select and link the single program corresponding to the purchased program.
Function - Assign an existing season program (*)
Description : Use the "Season Manager" to search, select and refer a season of episodes corresponding to the purchased program (the info displayed during the search includes the season description, code, type and season).
Function - Open the linked program (single/season)
Description : Open the program assigned to the selected order line using either the "Media Library" (for single programs) or the "Season Manager" (for season programs).
Function - Delete link to program (single/season)
Description : Remove the previously associated program (single or season) from the order line.
View program cost per period
Shows detailed information concerning scheduled single/season program within a given date range. Further details on the "Programs costs for period" chapter.
Function - Delete line
Description : Remove the selected line from the current purchase order.
Function - Recalculate rights
Description : Use this function to recalculate the rights in Assigned rights and Calculated rights if the rights calculation in not in-sync. It would prevent the needs to reschedule the programs.
(*) Please note that one program (single or season) can be related to only one order line, hence it is possible to assign only single/season programs not yet linked to any purchase order.
