Report Description
This report captured the scheduled parental guidance events within the specific date range and presented the detailed percentage breakdown for each category.
Report Filters
Fulfil the parameters listed below to generate a complete set of reports:
•From date: Specify a start date to retrieve the information from the database.
•To date: Specify a date as the end date for retrieval. Select the same date as "From data" to generate single day report
Calculate on fixed day 24 hours duration:
Enabled this option to calculate the scheduled parental guidance events on 24 24-hour fixed-day basis. For example, if the Mature events were scheduled for 2 hours, General events were scheduled for 12 hours, and Prohibition events were scheduled for 10 hours, the percentage is presented as:
o 8.33% for Mature events
o 50 % for General events
o 41.66 % for Prohibition Free events
If this option is disabled, the duration would be calculated based on the actual event's total duration; in this instance, the entire duration is 24 hours (2+12+10=24).
Report Preview
Use the [Settings] button to configure the report page layout. You can display a preview layout using the [Preview] button or start printing the document using the [Report] button. In addition, you can export the report in the most common format, PDF (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc.), using the [Export] button.
