The Order operations log button allows to display all information regarding the operations performed on the current proposal, the log includes key information such as:
•Date: the date on which the operation has been performed.
•Operation: The function performed on proposal.
•User: The operator that has executed the operation.
•Notes: A brief describing of the operation performed on proposal.
