Report Description
The Account Executive revenues report allows the generation of a document containing the incomes earned by a specific account executive over a certain period by calculating revenues from the scheduled orders related to that account executive. The elaborated report will detail each order, its total expected amount, total invoiced amount, agency/account executive percentage, and the due commission, as well as display the total commissions scheduled for that period.
The interface allows choosing the amount from which commissions will be computed (i.e. sold, invoiced, sold but not invoiced).
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:
•Period: Specify the period from which data will be retrieved,
•Account Executive: If selected, commissions will be computed only for a chosen account executive. Instead, if no account executive is set, all will be included in the report, displaying a sub-total for each.
•Agency: If selected, commissions will be grouped by agency.
•Commission calculation type: Indicate the amount commissions will be calculated for each order. Available options include:
- Sold: Commissions will be computed on the order's total amount: sold = invoiced + not invoiced.
- Invoiced: Commissions will be computed only on the order's invoiced amount: invoiced = sold - not invoiced.
- Sold but not invoiced: Commissions will be computed on the order's not invoiced amount: not invoiced = sold - invoiced.
Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
