The "View workflow canvas" tool allows to consult the status of a T-workflow (e.g. web requests) attached to a certain contact by providing the following operations:
• Update: This function update the T-workflow status and current action of the T-workflow.
• View workflow: This function open the 'View Workflow' tool that displays the T-workflow execution through graphical action blocks.
• View log: It display the log containing all information about the execution of the T-workflow for the selected asset(s).
• View all archived logs: This function display the same information as the 'view log' function but for archived logs. This function will be available only if a historical database has been configured in the system.
NB: It is important to note that only those T-workflows linked to the current contact will be displayed in this section.
