Etere Sales is the module developed by Etere to guide people in charge of selling advertising space by providing a dedicated sales proposals management module, it permits account executive to create custom proposals based on the most important variables involved in the commercial programming including customizable on-demand reports, as well as an accurate approval management for supervisors including an automatic data checking capabilities.
Some of the main features that makes Etere Sales a key tool, able to facilitate the management of proposals are listed below:
Well-defined roles - Differentiated capabilities are given to supervisors and account executive, in this way users will be able to perform only the operations they are intended to perform, and sensitive data will be protected from unauthorized access.
Account Executive - They can be assigned to customers including customer-specific sales commissions.
Customers - Set up an unlimited number of customers including their more relevant data, and one or more associated account executive including their respective sales commissions.
Price lists - An unlimited number of price lists can be created into the system, these price lists are based on various critical information which determines the correct pricing of commercial advertising space, this approach includes time, date, position, priority, duration, category, customer, and any other user-defined criteria.
Monthly Budgets - The establishment of monthly budgets for selected time-frames is supported, making it easy for account executive to calculate the exact price of the space that they intend to sell.
Proposals - Each time a proposal is generated, an unapproved order is automatically created within the system pending approval/rejection. if the proposal is approved, the programming operator will have all the data already inserted and ready to process the proposal.
Prints availability - A report is available for every stage of proposals' management; the format of this report is customizable and allows sales people to physically present their proposals to provide further explanations to their customers.
Enhanced Security - The module can only accessed by authenticated users with restricted capabilities, this characteristic ensures a very granular level of security for all user and functions available within the system.
Workflow based - The sales application is based on the workflow-based distributed architecture of Etere, leveraging in this way the possibility of interacting with other modules including tapeless reception, so it will be possible to either review, update, approve or reject proposals over the internet.
Before start using the Sales module it's important to understand how a proposal is structured, that is, know that each proposal is formed by a seasons of lines which at the S time is formed by all the items placed in the broadcast schedules.
