4.5.1.2 Instalments

The Installments tab is activated only if the option "Paid in Instalments" is enabled in the order. It displays the payments arranged with the customer for the specific contract.

It also calculates the total amount of the instalments inserted and the difference from the contract's total.

If no instalment has been arranged, you can click on the "Add instalment" EtereWeb_Air_Sales_Lines_Asset-03 button to insert a new instalment and enter the expiry date of instalment and total payable amount as agreed by the customer. After which, click the "Add" button to insert the instalments.

Once an instalment exists, additional buttons will appear on the top right corner, and you can put a check on the instalment using the "Edit instalment" button to modify the selected instalment or the "Remove instalment" button to delete the chosen instalment.

The same operations are available in a drop-down menu when you click the button.
