The "Asset Data Export" action type allows exporting data related to the asset to which the T-workflow is attached. To create a new action, the following parameters need to be set:

The export type allows choosing the format in which export asset metadata:
Etere standard XML format - Select this option to export asset data in the standard format, the "XML Assets Full" export format.
Select among F90 supported formats - Select this option to export asset data in the following formats:
Apple FCP XML - an XML file containing data of the asset related to the processing file.
Louise Cognac-Jay XML - an XML file is containing asset data related to the processing file.
Etere generic subtitle (STL) - STL file containing subtitles of the asset related to the processing file.
Etere generic subtitle (PAC) - PAC file containing subtitles of the asset related to the processing file.
CanalPlus XML - an XML file containing data regarding the processing file.
Numericable XML - XML containing a set of user-selected assets.
Orange XML - an XML file containing the catch-up schedules.
J-One XML - an XML file containing data regarding the processing file.
GAMEONE XML - an XML file containing the data related to the asset's linked files.
Discovery custom asset XML - an XML file contains asset data related to the processing file.
Won XML - an XML file is containing WON's delivery data of the asset related to the processing file.
Etere Generic Assets Full for XSLT - an XML file containing data of the asset related to the processing file, transformed using an XSL style sheet.
In Export Type dialogue, if "Etere generic asset full for XSLT" is selected, In the Parameters tab, you can select a station name (e.g. MAM, ETX, Nunzio, etc.) from the list and use the export parameters relative to the desired station.
CanelPlus MultiLanguage XML contains the contractual and technical data, including subtitles data.
Foxtel TELEVISION Asset XML - an XML file containing segment information of Foxtel Television (TV).
Foxtel ASSOCIATED Asset XML - an XML file containing segment information of Foxtel Associated Media (AM).
Foxtel FEATURE Asset XML - an XML file containing segment information of Foxtel Feature (FTR).
Etere Generic Asset Full - Export assets and relevant fields to an XML file.
NB: All exports are carried out based on parameters set in "Scheduling > Import/Export".
NB: All subtitle related exports allow specifying the language and the use of an offset.
- Add an XSLT Processing Stage - Exported data (e.g. Etere Standard XML) will be automatically transformed using an XSL Transformation (e.g. ET_Generic_Export_1) before being written in the output file.
- Output file -The output file section allows specifying how to export files:
Final destination: Either write the path (UNC, FTP, etc.) or select the cloud device to put the exported file.
Output filename: Enter the file's filename (name + extension) to be exported. The output filename can be either written here or built using the editor.
Use the button or the "INS" key to insert available Flexi-metadata fields (i.e. configured in the media library); being also possible to optionally combine it with strings.
The name preview will be displayed at the bottom; it will be automatically updated as inserted data.
Use the key to create the output filename specified in the Basic Settings > Destination metafile > Use rule parameter.
Add file to Etere DB: If checked, a reference to the exported file will be saved in the asset's Media Library. Otherwise, no reference will be kept (i.e. export and forget).
