Copy action

59.4.7.19 VDCP Archive

A VDCP archive is a T-workflow action used to automatically store media files into a device (export path) supporting the VDCP protocol.
Once saved, VDCP archive actions will be available as action blocks ready to be included within T-workflows.

To configure the VDCP Archive process, the following parameters need to be set:

Step 1 – VCDP Get
• VDCP Server: Insert the network address or network name.
• VDCP Port: insert the listening port number.
• VDCP export path: Insert the path where the VDCP device saves the exported files (i.e. Intermediate cache).

Step 2 – Move to Final Destination
• List of paths: If a two-step copy is needed, you must also provide the list of paths where the original files can be found. If no path is provided, the application assumes that they are in the VDCP export path. In a two-step copy process, files are first copied into the export directory and removed once the copy has been terminated.
