A variable event is usually scheduled before a fixed event, and it's used as a filler; an event with the variable property is broadcasted several times until the fixed event's scheduled time; a variable event is shown in the presentation editor with a blue circle icon with white arrows inside:
1.Select the event scheduled before the fixed event and set the "variable" property (Scheduling | Presentation Editor, right-click on the event -> event type -> variable);
2.If the variable property is set in the asset form, the event will always be broadcasted as a variable event.
3.After the variable property is set, use the "Fill to next" function to fit the variable event with the fixed event.
