Etere Tape Loan is the module that provides an easy management of tape loans including the printing of loan receipts. Tapes managed by this module are stored in the Etere database for a reliable management since their initial loan until their return, allowing operators to create or search and view or modify all tape loans performed by the station.
The Tape Loan module mainly allows to perform loan/return operations in the following methods:
Loan a tape
Advanced loan
In order to loan a tape (or a group of tapes) detailing various loan information such as the loan-date, loan-responsible, loan-borrower, loaned-media and much more, just use the [New] button available in the top toolbar and compile its loan data tab.
Quick loan
Instead, for loaning in just one-click a tape which barcode is known, it will be enough to use the [Fast loan] function available in the top toolbar.
Return a tape
Advanced return
In order to clear the return a loaned tape (or group of tapes) using the standard interface, just locate and open the loan in question through the search tab and use the [Returned] button present under the loan data tab.
Quick return
Instead, in case the barcode of the returned tape is known, it will be possible to use the [Fast return] function available in the top toolbar in just one-click.
