Report Description
The "Price List Grid", located within the Print section, is a report that allows Supervisors and Account Executive to create a custom document detailing the scheduling structure used for proposals on a certain date rage.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permits a detailed generation of the report have been spread across seven different tabs to allows an easier configuration. By default all filters are disabled (i.e. they are either blank or unselected), configure at least one parameters on each tab will enable the filters. Available filters includes:
General
•Price color: Select a classification to generate the price list. A price list cannot be generated without a specific classification.
Period
•From date to date: Specify the date range from which data will be retrieved for printing.
Price List by scheduling type
•All: If selected, all price lists will be included, otherwise, only price list matching the specifying scheduling type will be used.
•Priority: All events scheduled consistently in the same segment position.
•Rotation: All events scheduled across different segment positions in rotating basis.
•Optimization: All events scheduled based on the 'emptiness' of segments.
•Top: All events scheduled in the top segment of the block.
•Bottom: All events scheduled in the bottom segment of the block.
•Top and bottom: All events scheduled in both, the top and bottom part of the block.
Report Preview
The [Settings] enabled configuration of the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:
