Actions created for retrieving media files from an external digital library are available under the actions list section; these actions can be used as illustrated in the following workflow (e.g. WF Check Library):

Description: Check if the asset is valid for "channel 01."

Workflow Action-Retrieve_from_Library
Description: Checks the digital library for the required asset

Description: Checks if the asset is a "commercial" asset

Description: Command the workflow to wait for 3 minutes

Description: Retries the "channel 01" check three more times
