The Air Sales Booking Server allows to speed up the commercial scheduling process by effecting all the scheduling requests received from the Air Sales Scheduler module, and thus leaving Etere Air Sales to work in the reservation of spaces phase with the maximum of performance.
This Client-Server scheduling system permits a client (Air Sales Scheduler) to requests to a server (Air Sales Booking Server) to perform the scheduling of certain order line, the server will automatically process all requests in background.
Booking status
The Air Sales Booking Server application (EtTrafficReserveServer.exe) is automatically launched locally (minimized to the system tray), and will remain opened even after all scheduling operations have been completed. As illustrated in the image above, scheduling operations present a descriptive icon that indicates their current status:
Icon -
Status : Waiting
Description : The scheduling operations has been successfully queued and it is being processed by the booking server.

Status : Done
Description : The scheduled operation has been completed.
Icon -
Status : Suspended
Description : The scheduling operation has been suspended by the operator.

Status : In error
Description : The scheduling operation has encountered an unexpected error during its execution.
Booking functions
The Air Sales Booking Server will show the order number, scheduled asset, current status and the start time at which the operations has started. By making right-click on a certain operation it will be possible to:
Function - Suspend
Description : Interrupt the scheduling operation and keep it suspended.
Function - Resume
Description : Resume a suspended scheduling operation.
Function - Delete In Error and Suspended Batches
Description : Remove from the list all scheduling operations currently suspended and in error.
Function - Show Info
Description : Display a summary of the event creation properties including operator, date time, description and notes.
Function - Multiselect
Description : This allows you to select multiple lines. The keyboard shortcut is "CTRL+A" to select all and "CTRL+Z" to deselect all. Please note that you have to select the "Pause" button from the popup menu before using the shortcuts.
Alternately, you can use keyboard shortcut “Click+Shift” to select a block of lines, or “Click+CTRL” and randomly select multiple lines.
Function - Force line to be processed next by the Server
Description : Select a line and force it to be next in line after it has completed its current scheduling line.
NB: Please note that in case the "simultaneous scheduling lock" is enabled, after manually deleting a scheduling batch it will be required to manually reset the scheduling status of the order line(s) in question from the Air Sales Scheduler.
