59.5.4.8 Price Lists by Class

Report Description

The Price list by class report allows the printing of price lists according to their price classification or specific price list type.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Color: Select (double-click) the colour to which the report is concerned, that is, the pricing classification (e.g., top, regular, infrequent, etc.),

•Linked price lists: Select (click) the exact price list (e.g., primetime, morning, lunchtime, etc.) to which the report is related; if no price list is selected, all price lists will be included in the report,

•Options: Indicate if there will be printed either all class colours (i.e., the selected price list for all colours) or only the selected colour (i.e., the selected price list for the selected colour).

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
