In order to improve the insertion of subtitle entries, the following key functions are provided for subtitles editing:
Function : New CTRL + N
Description : Clears the current subtitle entry (som, eom and text).
Function : Save CTRL + S
Description : Inserts the current subtitle entry into the main subtitle located in the "Language" tab.
Function : Undo CTRL + Z
Description : Cancels all the operations performed after the last [save].
Function : Read SOM from device F6
Description : Set the previewing timecode as the current SOM. For instance:

Please note that if the EOM of the previous entry is greater than the SOM of the current entry, that EOM will be also updated (i.e. set 1 frame back with respect to the current SOM):

Once all actions are performed, the next subtitle entry will be automatically loaded.
NB: This function is useful to set SOM/EOM marks of imported plaintext subtitles w/o timecode.

Function : Listen again F3
Description : Plays the preview video from the currently set SOM and EOM.
Function : Preview
Description : Use this button to playback the proxy file only from the SOM mark-in to the EOM mark-out. Pressing this button is required to preview subtitles.
Function : Speech recognition
Description : Opens the Window's Speech Recognition tool for automatically integrates dictated words into the current subtitle text.
Function : Reload CTRL + F5
Description : Reload subtitles for preview, that is, refreshes the subtitles from the database.
Function : Spell check
Description : Enables/disabled the automatic spell check for subtitles text.

Function : Auto seek preview
Description : Auto seek reading preview position. This function is always enabled, it will disabled when function F6, F7 or F8 is pressed.
Function : Add text to cursor F11
Description : Position the cursor at the start of subtitles, press F11 once to insert SOM before cursor, identify the end of subtitle text by click on cursor, press F11 again to insert EOM before cursor. The subtitles with SOM and EOM would be sent to CC server. Repeat the same steps to submit next subtitle.
