The Prepare section allows Supervisors to prepare the commercial schedule structure and defines the agreed credits and budgets of customers and account executive. The diagram below clearly illustrates how Etere Sales manages the preparation of the advertising space sales in a sequential way:
1.Define a commercial structure
The Supervisor designs (if it not already exists) a schedule structure.
2.Create custom price lists
The Supervisor creates one or more Price lists based on various criteria (time, date, position, priority, client, day, etc).
3.Associate the price list to the structure
The Supervisor associate the price lists to specific blocks of the schedule structure.
4.Define monthly budgets for account executive and customers
The Supervisor defines a credit agreement for each customer and the budgets related to customer's and Account Executive's expected revenues.
