59.5.4.85 Revenues by Blocks and Segments

Report Description

The Revenues by Blocks and Segments report allows the generation of a document containing all the revenues derived from the blocks and segments present within the scheduling structure of a certain period, thus permitting quickly consult the incomes of customers and orders according to the air space on which they advertise.

Each block in the report will indicate its name, start and end times, type, and total revenues, including the total amount for each day and the requested period.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been distributed across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Period (from date - to date): Specify the date interval from which to start retrieving data,

•Customer: In case it is intended to filter the report to include only a specific customer, set this parameter here,

•Order: If it is intended to filter the report to include only a specific order, set this parameter here.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
