Etere's Technical Support Service is here to help you solve any technical and operational issue by analysing your own system and rapidly providing a solution which protects your Etere software, guaranteeing its fluent functionality and keeping your television and radio system up to date with our software evolution.

Etere's Technical Support Service offers continuous, experienced, efficient and clever solutions which aim to improve your system performances. We pay complete attention to our customer care and satisfaction and we want to satisfy all of our customers' needs by providing a wide range of services, from consulting on their starting steps through the software maintenance in their own facilities.

• Etere's Technical Support Service is available only for customers who have paid the annual licence fee
• Issues related to the Operating System and other, non-Etere software must be addressed directly to their manufacturers
• Etere Technical Support Service will accept suggestions and/or modification requests to improve Etere software
• Etere Technical Support Service is not provided outside of Etere's acknowledged platforms and operating systems
• Etere Technical Support Service is only provided for the latest versions of Etere; you can download them from your Customer Area on www.etere.com
