59.3.9.47 Gen21 Get

Action Description
The "Gen 21 get" action allows updating the Gen21 Flexi metadata with information read (if available) from the Gen 21 system. Currently, this action includes the following asset information:
Contract_No
Program_Id
Episode_Number
Episode_Title
Episode_Id
Category
Sysnopsis_lang

Action Parameters
The fields to be compiled when creating the action are detailed below:

Parameters
Name - Insert a short descriptive name for the action (e.g. "Get from Gen21 sys01").

Profile - Select the configuration profile related to the system to which the action will connect.

This action has the following outputs:
Updated (asset information has been successfully updated)
Not exist (asset was not found in the Gen21 system)
Error (unable to complete, probably due to a connection error)

How to use it
Once created to be used, this action is required to be included in a T-workflow (e.g. for updating just created assets with information retrieved from integrated Gen21 systems) under the T-Workflow designer and then attached and launched for the desired asset(s):
