An off-target event is an event (i.e. commercial) temporarily prevented from being invoiced due to its wrong placement in the schedule, for instance, because it's placed in a programming space different from the ones stipulated in its proposals/orders,
Setting events as wrongly scheduled
Changing the status of events to "wrongly scheduled" is an easy task that can be carried out following the procedure below:
1. From either the "Strategic Editor" or the "Quick Booking Manager", make right-click on the event and select the "Change into wrongly scheduled event" option from the contextual menu.
2. Future billing processes carried out from the "Money > Invoicing" module will ignore the event as it will be considered as "not scheduled".
Reporting pending events
The presence of pending events across broadcast playlist can be monitored through the following modules:
