Import Scope
The custom import Videolina Traffic TXT permits to import from a .TXT file containing the commercial schedule of a certain day(s), directly into the Air Sales  module. From the imported file it will be retrieved, besides the scheduled events, the related contracts and details as well as the linked asset forms.
Please note that each line is related to a single commercial event and all the related fields are separated by a comma (;), these fields are:
•customer code         (alphanumeric)
•customer description     (alphanumeric)
•order code        (alphanumeric)
•order description   (alphanumeric)
•order line description (alphanumeric)............esempio: contratto CENTRO COMMERCIALE XXXX, riga di contratto 1 SUPERMERCATO YYYY, riga di contratto 2 NEGOZIO ELETTRONICA......
•scheduled date     (format gg/mm/aaaa)
•scheduled time      (format in frames).............tutti gli spot che fanno parte dello stesso break devono avere la stessa ora
•asset code              (alphanumeric)..............il codice materiale dello spot che dovrà essere tramesso
•asset description       (alphanumeric)
•scheduled duration         (format in frames)
B               (alphanumeric).....................esempio: SPOT (pubblicità), PROM (promo), TVEN (televendita).....
•external ID             (alphanumeric).....................esempio: un codice che vi permetta poi di fare la riconcialiazione quando vi manderemo il file di AsRunLog)
•amount                 (float)...................Importo unitario della riga di contratto
•order start date  (format gg/mm/aaaa)
•order end date   (format gg/mm/aaaa)
•order line start date (format gg/mm/aaaa)
•order line end date (format gg/mm/aaaa)
•order line runs number (numeric)
•nielsen code          (alphanumeric  es.:'28726')
•(other data to be imported present in the file) 
NB: Please notice that in order to use this import function, a valid commercial structure (i.e.: blocks and segments) must exist in the system for the days intended to be imported.
Import parameters
This import module requires the following parameters to be set in order to be correctly used:

Import_custom_videolina_traffic_txt

•File to import: Browse for the .txt file containing the list of interventions.
•sp Trf_InsertProposalGeneral reduced: If enabled,
It is important to note that all commercial events are deleted from the importing day before the import takes place; moreover, it's not allowed to import commercial schedules of past days.
Launch the import
When the <Import> button is pressed, the application will try to insert all the interruptions present in the text file as 'visible segments' into the specified EDL of the selected asset forms (taking into account the marks).
