A Supervisor is in charge of preparing the commercial scheduling structure for the elaboration of proposals by the Account Executive, as well as evaluating created proposals to decide if they can be approved to be scheduled and invoiced.
Etere Sales allows Supervisors to prepare the commercial schedule structure and define the agreed credits and budgets for customers and the Account Executive. Supervisors are equipped with dedicated tools for evaluating the validity and integrity of the proposals before making approval, complementing these operations with accurate and real-time Information on advertising structure, space booking, current budgets and invoicing data.
Note:
A supervisor can manage (view and modify) all proposals related to any customer and account executive.
