Set in the base section the most relevant rights related to Etere's management and administration, including the following rights:
Advertising manager
Description: Enables/disables the user from modifying any order. If disabled, only sales contracts with preliminary-check will be available for read-write (the rest of the orders will be read-only).
Advertising Account Executive
Description: Enables/disables the user for working with orders where the user is represented as an agency or account executive. Etere Air Sales uses this parameter.
Aired scheduling
Description: Enables/disables the user from modifying the actual schedule of past days (i.e. already transmitted broadcast schedules).
Please note that even if this right is disabled, it will always be possible to modify alternative schedules (e.g., delete them to put events in black lists).
Commercial orders insertion
Description: Enables/disables the user from creating contracts for commercial assets. Etere Air Sales uses this parameter.
Commercial scheduling
Description: Enables/disables the user to schedule commercial events using Orders from Air Sales.
Deletion archived files
Description: Enables/disables the user to delete archived files.
Edit playlists locked by another user
Description: Enables/disables the user for unlocking a schedule currently used by a particular user, making it accessible and adaptable.
Future scheduling
Description: Enables/disables the user from modifying forthcoming broadcast schedules
Invoicing
Description: Enables/disables the user from browsing and using the Invoicing
Personal Data
Description: Enables/disables the user from creating and modifying codes in personal data's archive
Playlists publication
Description: Enables/disables the user from publishing television schedules (e.g. from PE, EE). The scheduling module cannot communicate with the automation if this right is denied. Therefore, automation functions (e.g. skip) will be disabled from the scheduling.
Rights
Description: Enables/disables the user from accessing the rights module.
