72.2 Media Library

First of all, assets are the core elements of the broadcasting process, those elements in order to be programmed into a schedule must be firstly defined and their more relevant properties defined into a single object called asset form,  this object which act as a container, allows the insertion and association of all relevant metadata, media files, rights, T-workflows, etc, to a particular event.
Assets are saved in the database and managed by the Etere Media Library application, permitting you to search, visualize and amend saved assets and to create new ones as well. The Etere's Media Library is the central module from which operators can view and control relevant operations comprehended by the Asset Management process, in the figure below it has been illustrated the way on which Etere Media Library centralize several functions in only one module:

This module allows you to manage Asset Forms, which act as containers, allowing the insertion and association of all relevant metadata, media files, rights, T-workflows, etc, to particular events.  Assets are saved in the database and managed by the Media Library module, which permits users to search, visualize and amend saved assets and to create new ones as well.

Asset Forms allows operators to control and also perform from a centralized module the most relevant operations comprised by the Asset Management process.
